**LIDER DE SERVICIO**
Plan, coordinate and oversee the operations of Dealer service centers, increasing the functionality of services and repairs.
Properly plan and implement the tools, equipment and staffing necessary for each customer and manage all sales activities necessary for the success of the assigned territory.
The main objective is to participate in the management and work with customers of the dealer service centers and / or multifaceted repairs, motorcycles, carrying out sales processes, policies and procedures, and work within internal multifunctional teams of the brand.
Position Responsibilities: Other tasks may be assigned: Obtain, maintain and grow your customer base within defined areas.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals for your areas.
Verify and confirm that authorized service centers comply with the brand service model Install and provide on-site and online training for all product lines of the brand.
Certify that dealer service center staff are properly utilizing the internal system.
Use a consultative sales approach: prospecting, discovery, and closing.
Ability to provide excellent customer service skills, resolving customer issues to complete customer satisfaction.
Drive key metrics within customer satisfaction and retention goals.
Provide input to management on industry trends within the territory.
Provide automotive technical support Ability to cultivate relationships with strategic distribution partners.
Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements: College degree preferred.
Three to five years of proven success in direct sales and Customer Service.
Experience in the automotive industry essential.
Two years of experience with operational software platforms such as SAT.
Two years of experience with sales CRM programs.
Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
Frequent periods are spent driving, standing, or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move around, or at times there may be a requirement to bend or lift light material or equipment (generally under 8 lbs.).
