El propósito de esta posición es dar el seguimiento a las cargas de material en base a los requerimientos de nuestros clientes que son nuestras plantas hermanas, Trabajar en el plan que proporcionan los planners para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos llevando un buen manejo del material y auditar la labor de los materialistas, así como la administración del personal a cargo.
- Check List físico de inventario de carga de una caja antes de ser embarcado.
- Programar movimientos de rampas.
- Control de recibo y retorno de materiales, así como el inventario físico y por sistema.
- Auditoria de pallets para evitar discrepancias y quejas del cliente.
- Confirmar # de shipper utilizado en los Embarques, así como evidencia fotográfica del envío realizado.
- Administrar las actividades de los Materialistas.
- Realizar reporte de actividades del turno.
- Realizar procedimientos 5's.
