**SUMMARY**:Create KPIs that help the team, work at their best and supervise/support daily activities of analystsResponsible for providing support to all US Payroll activities, including but not limited to ACH, RPM, Shrink Buster and Extra Miller payments, ADP Terminations, and iPay documentation, among others.Work with tenure and new Autozoners so they can view paystubs, disability pay with full salary, holiday hours, etc.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Collect and process electronic and manual pay data into the payroll system.- Perform complex clerical duties involved in the preparation and processing of the payrolls.- Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports.- Research and resolve problems, perform scheduled activities, and serve as a liaison with service providers.- Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports.- Distribution of payroll reports and financial information to entities as required.- Able to use multiple systems effectively (e.G., ADP, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PC Applications)- Ensures the Payroll Audit reports are being completed daily/weekly and distributed to the rest of the team.- Ensures ACH returns are processed daily/timely for payment replacement- Ensures all standard upload payroll upload templates are prepared and placed for loading daily/timely- Ensures the team have the proper access and is fully trained on each process.- Coordinate with Payroll Director and Managers to update training documentation.- Provides WOW! Customer Service to all AutoZoners**REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 3 - 5 years of Payroll experience- Oracle Cloud HCM experience preferred- Demonstrated experience in process improvement as well as developing and writing policies and procedures- Strong interpersonal skills with proven dispute, negotiation, and resolution abilities- Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to build trusted relationships across the company, deal constructively with conflict, and adapt to a fast-paced environment involving multiple and simultaneous issues and transactions- Strong critical thinking skills, including ability to effectively address issues in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to develop critical thinking skills among team members as appropriate- Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the use of outside data sources to gather required information for analysis and reporting
