Líder De Territorio Sr

As a Territory Leader, you will ensure the profitable growth of the business by developing strategic plans aimed at increasing sales and market share for the southeast and Gulf region.You will be located in Villa Hermosa or surrounding areas.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with the Comprehensive Training Center the training programs according to the needs of the area and the structure of the concessionaire.
- Construction of strategic plans together with the concessionaire and your team.
- Create Commercial Agreement.
- Prospect of potential clients.
- Develop vendors and support in the field.
- Closing sales.
- Portfolio marketing and planning according to market potential.
- Guide salespeople and store managers.

**Qualifications**
- Preferably economics, administrative or similar degree.
- Experience developing the Retail business and in field sales.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in management and administration of multi-channel businesses.
- Intermediate English (maintain a conversation preferably).
- Use intermediate Office ( Excel, PPT and Power BI).
- Knowledge and management of CRM ( Salesforce).
- Experience in coatings (preferred).
- Experience in team management.
- Travel availability.
