Supervisar y coordinar el surtimiento de materia prima (método JITK) a proveedores asignados.
- Trabajo en conjunto con el dpto. de I/E y transportación para establecer factores en la coordinación de material y poder culminar el surtimiento en tiempo.
- Seguimiento riguroso de las entradas de material por sistema. Comunicación con Recibos.
- Comunicación, trabajo colectivo y negociación con proveedores.
- Respuesta y servicio para el cliente, es decir producción, referente disponibilidad y surtimiento de materia prima.
- Supervisar y aprobar la nomina de su equipo.
