Purpose of the Job:
Manage employee work events at Danfoss end-to-end. Lead a team of 6 Coordinators & Specialists in North and Latin America. Oversee daily activities of Employee Life Cycle Data, including preboarding, pre-payroll, data administration, offboarding, metrics, and team development. Ensure high-quality metrics and a positive attitude.
Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesEmployee Life Cycle Team ManagementLead and develop a service-driven team.Manage daily activities, including performance, service quality, transaction accuracy, key metrics, coaching, and staff development.Resolve escalations and ensure full customer issue resolution.Ensure data service accuracy and timeliness.Train team on policies and maintain compliance documents.Own data metrics and processes, implementing improvements as needed.Partner with stakeholders to keep the knowledge base current.Knowledge ManagementDevelop user-friendly content relevant to HR processes.Collaborate with IT for user-centric design.Run targeted campaigns with COEs and HR partners.Review feedback and adjust content.Identify new content opportunities.Align and implement global strategy with regional nuances.HR Shared Service - Employee Life Cycle ImplementationIdentify processes for centralization and scalability.Redevelop processes for efficiency.Clarify roles and responsibilities.Prioritize and transfer work based on needs.Communicate with stakeholders during implementation.Tools & Processes ManagedToolsSAP SuccessFactors: HCM system.UKG and Alight: Payroll systems.Sterling One: Platform for background checks and new hire data in North America.Employee Experience Management: Develops relationships and improves outcomes. (Proficient)Delivery Excellence: Understands needs and applies correct solutions. (Proficient)Operational & Process Excellence: Initiates actions to improve processes. (Proficient)Solution Design: Identifies needs, solves problems, and designs/delivers solutions. (Proficient)Knowledge Management: Understands the relevance of knowledge management. (Proficient)Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's in HR, business administration, or related field.Experience: 5 years in HR, 3 years in management.Skills:Knowledge of HR regulations.Bilingual (English, Spanish).Sound judgment and problem-solving.Professionalism and discretion.Excellent communication skills.Passion for working with people.Analytical and conflict resolution skills.High motivation and positive energy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Influence and interface with all organization levels.Experience with knowledge management systems (desired).
