**YOUR ROLE**:Projects Phase-in- Keeps central overview of HCB EU project pipeline & instruct/guide SC Planners- Steers E2E Steering projects implementation tasks including x-functional tracking (milestones closed on time)- Distributes relevant projects information x-SCP teams securing always up to date stakeholders- Escalates in case phase-in is in danger due to pending milestones on other departments or insufficient data quality- Takes care of process training and continuous improvement in his area of expertiseProjects Phase-out- Identifies obsoletes materials by project and track forward looking cost impact- Creates country cost split allocation- Monitors and escalates missing decision on PIPO milestones (Obsoletes Decision, target dates, planning)- Secure the cross charge and invoicing processProject Management- Specific project manager responsibilities- Measure project performance using appropriate systems- Report and escalate to management as needed- Perform risk management to minimize project risks- Strong attention to deadlines and guidelines- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks**JOB ID**: 24067773**Contract & Job type**: Regular - Full Time
