Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safety of all personnel by strictly adhering to Thermo Fisher's safety absolutes.Successfully implement measures to meet established targets for incidents and accidents.Review the condition of supplied materials and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.Coordinate process reworks to address material issues and verify order accuracy.Collaborate to clear cells/machines, ensuring compliance with line clearance documents.Organize the replenishment of order components to minimize downtime.Ensure the availability and correct use of necessary working tools.Report any machinery failures to the maintenance team promptly.Coordinate production with material handlers to avoid stock-outs.Positively contribute to improvement projects and maintain scrap levels below established goals.Maintain cleanliness of the cell/machine and align with the goals of 5S.Train new employees and support ISO9001 and ISO13485 process observations.Perform other tasks as required.
