**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety of all personnel by strictly adhering to Thermo Fisher's safety absolutes.
- Successfully implement measures to meet established targets for incidents and accidents.
- Review the condition of supplied materials and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Coordinate process reworks to address material issues and verify order accuracy.
- Collaborate to clear cells/machines, ensuring compliance with line clearance documents.
- Organize the replenishment of order components to minimize downtime.
- Ensure the availability and correct use of necessary working tools.
- Report any machinery failures to the maintenance team promptly.
- Coordinate production with material handlers to avoid stock-outs.
- Positively contribute to improvement projects and maintain scrap levels below established goals.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cell/machine and align with the goals of 5S.
- Train new employees and support ISO9001 and ISO13485 process observations.
- Perform other tasks as required.

- Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
