Litigation Assistant Profile ( - 90% English proficient.)**Duties**:- Retrieve update of cases from system and save them on the correct file.- Notify attorneys and assistants of new entry on file.- Maintain tasks and deadlines to ensure timely filings.- Handle tasks assigned by supervisor.Abilities:- 90% English proficient.- Excellent verbal and written skills- Ability to communicate with internal customers.- Capable of conducting research internal systems to locate files.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.E., Excel, Word, Outlook)- Able to work independently.
