Litigation Assistant (90% English Requirements) On

Litigation Assistant Profile ( - 90% English proficient.)

**Duties**:

- Retrieve update of cases from system and save them on the correct file.
- Notify attorneys and assistants of new entry on file.
- Maintain tasks and deadlines to ensure timely filings.
- Handle tasks assigned by supervisor.

Abilities:

- 90% English proficient.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to communicate with internal customers.
- Capable of conducting research internal systems to locate files.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work independently. Self-driven with a desire to learn and improve continuously.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills and able to produce high quality work.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent and consistent attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree is desired.
