Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:How you'll make your mark:You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing guidance & support to new & existing corporate customers who visit HPE.Com sites.Brainstorm with customers and HPE technical specialists to identify and develop solutions for customer's business requirements.Being able to articulate the company's technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.Engaged in a presale's technical consultancy and advisory role, the consultant will provide assistance and guidance during the process by identifying customer's requirements.Support the customer in defining their needs to recognize new business and lead generation opportunities.Responsibilities:Use customer engagement tools (chat, e-mail, phones, web-forms) to interact and reach out to online customers.Provide SME support, in a professional manner, to customers within agreed time frames.Position HPE solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate leads.Comply with all HPE web standards, processes and tools.Actively participate in various internal technology forums and other technology sources to gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required.About you:Excellent communication and grammar skills (written and verbal).Fluent in English.Sales experience or customer service skills.Good organizational, time management, and planning skills.Moderate knowledge and understanding of customer conversational experience principles.Basic knowledge of web or digital marketing principles
