Planning & Organizing Skills, Judgement & Decision Making Skills, Leadership Skills, Project Management Skills, Written & Verbal Communication Skills - Two years University/College or equivalent.
Language: Proficiency in English, TOEIC 750 min.
Call center knowledge/experience.
Three years management experience, in a service environment preferred.
