We empower mortgage professionals and brands through our strategic focus and determination in having the industry's lowest cost to manufacture a loan.Position: ProcessorA mortgage processor, also known as a loan processor, is responsible for the administrative and processing aspects of residential loan applications and loan files before they are approved by a loan underwriter. They are responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process, including the gathering and review of all loan documentation needed to submit a loan that meets agency guidelines, compliance regulations, and company guidelines and/or overlays.Skills:Fluent English (C1)Experience with automated underwriting technology / loan prospectorProficient in data entry and managementOne (1) to three (3) years recent loan processing experience desirableSound judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionExcellent customer service skillsExcellent organizational skillsExperience using Encompass preferredTimely communication and response times according to department standardsIf you want to be part of this dynamic and passionate company, please share your English resume with us.
