**About our client**:
An all-encompassing real estate firm specializing in assessing, analyzing, managing, and disposing of Manufactured Housing Communities. They offer full-spectrum services to private owners, banks, special servicers, and court-appointed receivers.
**We are looking for a **_Loan Specialist_** to support the following activities**:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications focusing on booking appointments and gathering loan conditions.
- Collect and prepare documentation for loan packages, research applicant financial status, and prepare loan disclosures.
- Conduct interviews, assess client eligibility for loans, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on the status of loans in process.
- Work with the marketing team to schedule, organize, and contact clients for conversion events (turning renters into homeowners).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday_
- Regular schedule: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST MX
- During daylight saving: 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST MX
**This position is remote; you'll need to attend our offices in Mexico City or Guadalajara on the first day to sign the contract, receive your equipment, and be part of the onboarding session.**

**Requirements**:
**MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).**
- Experience in sales and strong data management.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience preparing and maintaining loan paperwork, understanding loan products, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Ability to identify needs, clarify information, and provide problem-solving solutions.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
