**About the team**:
The Content Ecosystem is critical to TikTok's user experience, where people watch short-form videos, Lives and long-form video from the vast, diverse content pool.
This role will work internally with cross functional teams in Operations, Marketing, Product and Algorithm to build end-to-end solutions to improve quantity, quality, and diversity of TikTok's content pool.
As Content Ecosystem Lead, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the teams have relevant data pipelines to interact with business critical data and decisions and be a strategic ally to Programming, Partnerships and Community teams in Brazil.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and own a comprehensive content ecosystem strategy to grow and foster local content strategy
- Understand local users' needs, analyze data and monitor the content ecosystem
- Run content ecosystem efforts on a country level and provide local content insights, drive initiatives around innovating new content formats, inform the product vision, and grow user engagement
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across content, product, engineering, and marketing teams, to help inform content-related product features and TikTok's algorithm strategies
- Collaborate closely with global teams to coordinate international content campaigns and initiatives
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital content, ideally at a top consumer tech or media company
- 3+ years of experience as team leader
- Exceptional knowledge of TikTok and strong interest in entertainment and digital content
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify problems, and develop constructive solutions
- Highly organized, proactive project manager: adept at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously
- Hyper-collaborative, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and external partners
