**Responsibilities**:- Manage a portlio of PGC/PUGC accounts for one (or more) content vertical- Capture the content trend within General Popular Categories in Gaming (e.G all gaming, eSports, gaming, media partners, gaming events), and lead the topic directions in short-video format, stories or livestream.- Establish strategic content partnerships with building the right brand awareness and positioning according to the product strategy in order to drive content growth- Establish relationships with talent, creators, managers and gaming stakeholders- Responsible for day-to-day tasks such as partnership operations and activations, relationship maintenance, training and coaching material preparation.- Resolving day to day issues with and between content creators such as inappropriate or misleading content, or abuse of giveaways.- Responsible for the operation performance of Content Creators, and assist their content performance on a daily basis and active rate of creators and partners- Work with cross functions teams to co-create local campaigns and push forward for execution.- Develop internal campaigns with teams and creators related to the category to ensure content creation
