.The mission of the position is to execute, plan, coordinate and control all IT activities in order to meet budget and IT targets (e.G. IT infrastructure availability, service level, IT security, etc.). All activities are based on Corporate guidelines and in accordance with the CT IT management, the requirements of the locations and the contractual agreements with the IT service providers. Furthermore, the IT Coordinator initiates and implements action plans for continuous improvement of all IT relevant processes.- coordinate and execute all IT activities for the plant- define and ensure plant IT strategy in accordance to the Corporate IT and Division IT- translate plant IT strategy into action plans and ensure implementation- contribute to strategic and operative planning of the plant/operations unit (e.G. with respect to investments, capacity and headcount planning)- ensure the achievement of IT targets according to internal and external customer expectations- initiate and control investments for IT equipment (e.G. servers, network infrastructure, software, etc.)- interface to segment, BU or division functions in order to gather local IT requirements and demands and other feedback- participate in and/or steer global or local IT related and cross-functional projects- prepare, review and manage the budget and forecast of IT cost centers- ensure timely submission of financial data to controlling- implement and conduct activities according to the budget established- ensure that the financial goals are met- steer, plan, manage and execute projects and project tasks using IT project management guidelines to the topics IT security, development, implementation and replacement of IT infrastructure and standards (e.G. processes, tools, KPIs)- participate in projects by working with the project teams and consult supported business to above topics- coordinate with external and internal IT suppliers (e.G. SLA contract monitoring, purchasing, etc.) operating local plant IT infrastructure according to standards to ensure optimal local service provisioning- ensure operation, support and maintenance of plant IT infrastructure (software, clients and servers, IT service desk, desktop, server and mail service management, network and other physical equipment as e.G. printers, scanners, etc.) according to standards- ensure operation of local plant data centers (facility management, fire protection, security control, backup, etc
