This position will serve as a local administrator and provide support or support to the users of the assigned plant as required, always repeating the standards of the company, both IT and other areas._**_Main Functions of the Position:_**- Support IT and user issues related to corporate manufacturing systems (Level 1 support)._- _Involve the corresponding L2 or L3 support when necessary._- _Server disk space management and operating system patching (ITOP managed servers only)_- _Troubleshooting and hardware replacement when warranted._- _Support users with technical MS Office or other PC issues as a result of an escalation of the ticketing system called FITS._- _Communicate to N+1, N+2 or other IT personnel local or system changes (always respecting the Change Control or RFC process)._- _Escalate support tickets using the system called FITs when applicable._- _Configuration of company-owned desktops/laptops._- _Basic network support and troubleshooting (level 1 support)._- _Ensure that backups of local systems run correctly._- _Manage plant IT budget._- _Perform other tasks assigned by the plant leader and the assigned ITOP Regional Manager, as long as they do not conflict with company standards._- _Maintain daily communication with plant management and be part of daily plant meetings._
