The company has grown from 3 fresh college grads to over 500 full-time employees in the last 10 years, with more than 2,500 staff who provide expert support for students aspiring to gain admission to the Ivy League, Oxbridge and other world-leading institutions.This is a full-time, remote position based in Mexico.**What your role entails**:- Supporting the development of Crimson's Mexico Marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversionKeeping a pulse on industry trends and competitors to ensure our campaigns remain effective and competitive within the admissions consulting sphere- Managing webinar campaigns from inception to completion, including the creation of campaign materials, hosting hour-long webinars up to two times per week, and reporting on webinar performance- Organizing backend logistics for webinar setup, creating all necessary campaign materials, communicating with involved parties (speakers, backend support, etc.), hosting the webinars you manage and completing post-webinar performance reports and close-out tasks in a timely manner- Working closely with the MX sales team and HQ marketing team to provide necessary assets and adapt global assets for US marketing opportunities at all levels of the sales funnel- Monitoring lead generation and conversion across all marketing initiatives to ensure campaign optimization and market growth- Aligning with other marketing teams across the company to share best practices and adapt different approaches to suit MX branding and the MX buyer persona**Qualifications**:- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field, and/or equivalent job experience in marketing with a preference for experience in the education space
