The primary goals will be to accelerate the introduction of our Independent ATM business in the region by providing complete technical support, infrastructure required and vendor management in compliance with local and global standards in the financial services industry.We seek to employ an accomplished and ambitious Local Operations Coordinator with the proven capacity to build business from scratch and lead expansion in the Quintana Roo region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of strategies towards ATM network establishment, availability improvement, failure avoidance, revenue increase and cost optimization.Communication flow with external providers: Security, Installation, Transportation, CIT companies, etc.Provision of local support to the company's centralized Operations functions.Definition of scope, set up of measuring points, dependencies, processes set up testing, documentation and manual preparation, SLA monitoring.Project management, testing and supporting implementation.Management and maintenance of the ATM machines inventory and sites in the dedicated systems.Technical office and operations IT/telco support.Site surveys and related documentation management in order to prepare site documentation, taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between the local management team and full suppliers chain involved in site preparation.Coordination of Euronet resources to resolve potential incidents.Minimum RequirementsUniversity degree with Engineering or Information Technology orientation.Minimum 2 years of experience in the Operations or Information Technology functions, in such sectors as banking, financial services, telecommunications or retail.Prior experience in project coordination, and additional experience in ATM systems and ATM software.Proven track record in planning and operational projects with different platforms and systems; track record in on-timedelivery of projects, meeting budgets and satisfying the functional expectations of different parties.Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently.Valid category B driving license.Fluent English, native Spanish.CompetenciesSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and fully independent.Strong interpersonal skills with an orientation towards customer service.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Focus and dedication in delivering quality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
