**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; plan monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; assessing personnel skills and competencies
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities; resolves personnel problems by analyzing and investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action; monitors and maintains payroll through Kronos for all planning subordinates.
- Helps completes production plans; monitor work results and progress; establishing priorities; resolving problems; identify and escalate any risks to future production plans (ie material supply, technical approval, process capability); work with the production planning and operation's supervisors to validate/analyze actual operational capability versus theoretical capability
- Maintains standard operating procedures by monitoring steps of the process; setting process variables; monitoring personnel and resources; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points or record-keeping systems; implementing change
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests. Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports; maintain management's on time performance levels
- Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards. Maintains safe and clean work environment with established policies and procedures
- Completes and implements any new department projects and assignments. Assists for new product launches and/or product forecasts
- Manages departmental budget; requisitions all needed supplies

- Must be able to multi-task in a high stress environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, conflict management, time management, process management and customer servicing. Driven for results.
- Must be able to interact well with various departments within the facility.
- Strong and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop processes and procedures without systems in place.
**Required Experience**
- At least 4 years or more experience in a planning role Solid working knowledge of SAP SD, MM, PP specializing in planning modules or any other related ERP.
