The purpose of this role is to assess the scope of each project and complete a project quote, communicating as needed with the Project Management team to ensure that client requests are met in a timely manner, and to support the project completion process through the development and use of language tools and pilot processes.
Candidates must be based in Mexico, Argentina or Peru. Responsibilities:Preparing quotes and calculating turnaround times for clients (administrative management).Conducting follow-ups on quotes to achieve the target acceptance rate.Monitoring client satisfaction and any changes in service usage, and providing feedback on perceived client satisfaction and service completion.Detecting new sales opportunities to generate add-on business and retain existing accounts.Discussing and planning sales strategies for existing clients with Business Developers.Advising clients on optimal project management, covering both product specifications and expense considerations.Implementing sales actions to improve workflows with existing clients, aiming to reduce administrative tasks and increase margins.Meeting targets in the following KPIs: amount of money quoted, amount of money accepted, and price-per-project for existing clients.Communicating project information to relevant parties in a clear, concise, and professional manner.Conveying specific client requests effectively to Project Managers.Ensuring finance governance by accurately recording client information when creating projects in the system, including legal entities (from both, the client and the company), purchase orders if needed, and billing schedule.Requirements:Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to comfortably speak with clients at all levels via phone or video call.Knowledge of additional languages (desirable).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential).Familiarity with XTM, Phrase, and FineReader (desirable).2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles related to localization, translation, or project management.Educational Level:Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration, or a university degree (essential).Details: Founded in 2005, tbo. is a global organization that provides translation, talent, training, teams and testing services to a full range of clients in over 40 countries worldwide, from startups to enterprise-level companies.
