The Attendant keeps the Spa & Fitness Center clean and tidy, welcomes the guest, assists the guest, serves and refreshes the water and towels.Knowledge and Skills:Have worked in luxury spas minimum a yearEnglish speakingExcellent service skillsService-oriented personEssential Functions:Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.Comply with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures.Comply with all the standards established for the spa and sports center.Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, workout areas, pre-treatment area, and fitness room.Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in allinquiries in connection with spa services.Walk the guest through the customer journey at the spa.Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Assist guests with use and set-up of fitness machines.Retrieve and fold towels.Retrieve, deliver, and store/set-up products from purchasing.Check and follow up on the repair and maintenance of the spa.Clean and stock waiting area.Ensure all equipment is in safe condition and in working order.Other tasks assigned by the management
