- **WHAT YOU'LL DO**:_
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received
- Maintain the dispatch board
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provides as support to our daily assigned crews and staff with processing of daily call-ins, and tracking.
- Works closely with all project coordinators, site supervisors, and leadership on the workflow for all field personnel.
- Working in an international environment, and with american clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.**QUALIFICATIONS**:_
- **CONFIRMATER EXPERIENCE ONLY.**:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
