The recruiter you will meet with will be getting to know you better, understand who you are and what your professional aspirations are.If the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP and the Hiring Manager!A Day In The Life:As a Logistic Buyer, you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:Defines purchasing strategy: organize and gather market knowledge, propose advanced action plans to benefit from market opportunities.Optimizes costs: Improve the cost model through a good knowledge of supplier process, identify opportunities leveraging value chain approach.Anticipates business activity and acts proactively: Contribute to build, share, and apply the category strategy, using the category network. Capture Supplier Innovation.Maximizes Supplier Relationship: define and implement supplier portfolio, monitor the performance and analyze P&Ls, provide clear feedback and follow action plans.Creates value and innovates: lead complex projects (Reformulation, W2W, Full buy, innovation, R2P, Indirects). Develop and recommend best options to secure identified project risks.Negotiates with integrity: use appropriate negotiation techniques and tools.Operates according to internal control principles and legal rules: implement standard contract framework enhancing key legal principles, propose improvements and deal with the legal department. Monitor the contract compliance.Evaluates and manages risks: apply risks policy and tools, propose action plans.Manage Performance and efficiency: Build cost forecasts for a simple category, share and control assumptions for budget construction. Manage KPIs, build continuous improvement strategy for financial and non-financial KPIs.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration or mathematical sciences.3 years of experience in all purchasing/procurement tools (SAP, Optis, CPP, Scorecard, etc.).Ability to speak English (mandatory).Personal computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets, presentations, database management, and report building tools (i.E. PowerBI).Supports and manages stakeholders' relationships: Feed network with internal/external news, share best practices.Communicates/manages projects and shares suppliers' information with stakeholders
