Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.**Responsibilities**:**Objective**:**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate the team of the logistics and traffic department for the effective flow of the supply chain for its compliance with the international and national legal framework.- Handling virtual operations for our IMMEX. Manage compliance with Dual Use with the Secretary of Economy for export control.- Provide support to internal customers and external clients and resolve issues within the life cycle of the job from pickup to delivery.- Provide solutions to complex logistics transactions- Approve orders submitted for Export Compliance- Enter shipment information into the ERP system as required- Communicate information with the carriers, including scheduling of jobs, obtaining shipping documents, tracking numbers and proof of deliveries, etc.- Process minor shipping requests including redirecting freight, changing freight terms, etc. as needed, or requested by management.- Research and Resolve issues: missed pickups, onsite issues, damaged inventory, etc.Qualifications: Qualifications:- Transportation industry knowledge with an emphasis on import and customs processes.- Knowledge in Anexo 24 and Anexo 31 RGCE- 80% English required- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of International Business- 5 years of experience in traffic and logistics areas.- Knowledge of laws and regulations.- Workflow optimizations.- APICS CPIM or CSCP training is preferred.- Must have comprehension of shipping modes (TL, LTL, and small parcel)**Morgan Advanced Materials is an EEO/AA/M/W/D/V Employer
