We are looking for a recent graduate with experience in customer service and logistics knowledge, advanced English proficiency is a requirement for this position, as there will be interaction with international customers.

Requirements: Advanced conversational English level.
(Indispensable) Experience in customer service or call center.
(Desirable) Experience in international logistics.
(Desirable) Taste or interest in the commercial-sales area.
Requirements: Direct dealings with the United States market and clients.
Communication and negotiation with clients in the US market.
Organization and coordination of transportation.
Multitasking between phone calls and responding to emails.
Effective follow-up with the client.
We offer: Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (1 hour of lunch included) Base salary Bonuses Commissions.
