Additionally, to lead the logistics engineering team to work with BRP's supplier network to determine std pack and dimensions of packaging for new processes according to BRP needs.Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for talent development and to ensure department of Logistics Engineering meets and is aligned to BRP goals. Prepare and manage department's budget and ensure OPEX, ODC, and CAPEX are under control according to BRP strategy.**SECCIÓN II**: EXPERIENCIA Y EDUCACIÓN- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Administration- 5 years of experience in related field or similar- Experience supervising and leading teams- Bilingual (English, Spanish), both oral and written**SECCIÓN III**: CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y CERTIFICACIONES- Very effective communication- Strong leadership skills- Strong project management skills- Strong budget tracking experience- Strong Six Sigma knowledge- Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking- Strong drive and motivation- Must be familiar in AutoCAD/Solidworks, SAP, and KANBAN- Good punctuality and responsible- Have knowledge with MRP, JIT system, ISO, SPC and SAP- Knowledge in area of procurement, internal logistic, external logistic, customs, planning, purchasing, transportation, inventory control and warehousing**SECCIÓN IV**: PRINCIPALES TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES- To lead material handling efficiency and warehouse layout- Responsible of process optimization in the Logistics Department. Additionally, ensure department goals are met for PSP/DMAIC/OPS, IDEAs- Influence and ensure the relationship inside engineering team and with internal logistics team is according to BRP expectations. Additionally, ensure a win-win relationship with other departments and BRP suppliers
