Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsible for the warehouse operations both Custom warehouses and DC will provide support to Manufacturing, Shipping and any other area that requires support from México operations. Responsible for coordinating with sister companies for accurate inventory levels for stock in MX site for all materials and components for the manufacturing process, as well as responsible for Shipping and Receiving of raw materials and finished goods. Active participation and follow up in Internal and External Audits for Medical Devices and Financial Audits. Following internal and global procedures accordingly. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manages Warehouses, Shipping, Receiving areas & Logistics areas, and provides technical knowledge in areas of responsibility, team support and engagement. - Ability to identify and lead projects to positively impact the area KPI's - Take ownership of areas of responsibility with a hands-on approach to root cause analysis and problem resolution while leading team to fact-based decision making - Responsible for effective engagement and communication with stakeholders from different business areas - nationally and internationally to identify business needs and requirements - Through his direct reports ensures that payroll and overtime is paid accordingly. - Ensures that all training and training documents are provided and up to date. - Monitor that 5S standard is reinforced. - Monitor Inventory Accuracy. - Ensures the shipments of finished goods and all needed products. - Monitor Cycle counts and inventory adjustments. - Ensure that Manufacturing has the Materials and tools required. - Establish Day's on hand for site. - Support in scrap reduction analysis. - Support with new projects and drive cost reduction initiatives. - Adhere to HIQMS and MDSAP Requirements. - Work with other Departments to increase employee engagement. - Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing sales Orders. - May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's Degree in work related field - More than five years of work experience in Logistics/ warehouse areas and personnel management - 3 year of experience in / or (SCM / Planning / Exterior Commerce / foreign trade) - 100% bilingual Spanish / English - Knowledge of Office (Advanced Excel) and ERP Systems - Passport / Visa a must.**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Logística/Transporte**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** Lunes a Jueves de 7am a 5:20pm y Viernes de 7am a 3pm**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
