What will you do? Oversee daily operation on the shop floor, assure deliverables to specific assembly lines according to daily needs, and ability to handle union personnel.
Authority to stop any act or condition that endangers the quality, safety, health and/or environment in the work environment. Assure preparation and delivery of production plan according to targets, always considering EHS, quality, and productivity. Responsible for inventory accuracy and cycle count plan process. Identify project delays and generate mitigation strategies for getting back on track. Generate & collaborate in productivity projects with a continuous improvement mindset. Implement 6S mindset in the area of responsibility. What will you need to succeed? Industrial, logistic, or related engineering bachelor degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Experience as industrial, logistic, process, or production engineering/supervisor. SAP knowledge or similar MRP for inventory control is highly desirable. Focus on results and deliverables.
