Providing clear visibility for the effectivity of the Logistics process, through interpretations of the cycle count program.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide and maintain an environment with high standards of Health and Safety.Establish the standard work (WI) & leads continuous improvement by using BRPMS.Collect information on the main KPIs and implement the appropriate measures when necessary.Manage Personnel (internal regulations apply, time and attendance process, turnover, environment,process follow up according to WI).Leads and develops the teams in order to achieve business unit goals.Responsible to define and execute cycle count program and P2000.Provide information to the main root causes.Request actions (all different departments) to eliminate root causes for inventory discrepancies.Administrate cycle count and P2000 database and generate Dashboard to provide results visibility.Monthly report to Finance team.Coordinator of the annual physical inventory.Develop strategies to support urgent inventory validation requests.Follow BRP values and behaviors.Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.Enforce Quality BRP policy
