The Key Account Manager - On Field will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the logistics sector. This role involves direct, on-site interaction with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery, address issues, and identify opportunities for expanding business.Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions. Service Delivery and Optimization: Ensure the delivery of high-quality logistics services that meet or exceed client expectations. Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and provide insights and feedback to internal teams to support strategic decision-making. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on account performance, including sales, service levels, and client feedback. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and service issues. Problem Solving: Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Minimum Requirements Fluent English is a must Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry. Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive business growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Depth understanding of logistics operations, industry trends, and customer needs. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
