This position is responsible for administration of Logistics, Repair Center, Purchase Orders, and material movements needed for assigned Mexico operations.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties / Essential Functions**:
- Create purchase requisitions, secure approvals, and issue P.O.'s for local and SAP materials.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies for assigned local storage locations and make necessary changes.
- Process data entry, shipments, and invoicing for all Mexico Repair/Logistics activities as needed.
- Maintain inventory-stocking requirements in related locations for Sales/Service support.
- Provide quotes for customer requests and coordinate repair services directly with customers.
- Develop strong working relationships with peers and management to develop efficient and effective cross-functional relationships.
- Assist with all Mexico 3PL warehouse activities as necessary for customer support.
- Provide coverage and support Mexico Logistics Manager in his/her absence.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Preferred Materials/Logistics/Purchasing ERP experience or equivalent background.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients, following both verbal and written instructions.
- Strong finance aptitude
- High degree of attention to detail
- Preferred experience in an office environment with multiple assigned responsibilities
- Must be organized, process oriented, and willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English preferred

**Physical Demands**:
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to position oneself to work on equipment which could include moving from one place to another, leaning, and bending. May also need to lift or move machine parts up to 50 pounds.

- Minimal travel required, approximately 15%.

**Education**:
Associate or bachelor's degree in finance or business administration preferred, High School degree required.

Pay: $418,200.00 - $555,600.00 per month
