Your Role & Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Traffic Area to update the Customer and Customs Broker contact matrix for document distribution.Ensure compliance with Customer guidelines related to delivery issues (sending ASN, sending documents, on time delivery).Reconciliation of accruals with Customers; ensure resetting of accruals at year-end/beginning of the year.Monitor delivery performance with Customers through their portals; periodic evaluation of Customer Scorecards.Registration, analysis and dispute of customer debits (demurrage, demurrage, under-shipment, cubage, false freight, among others).Analysis and solution of incidences in overdue customer portfolio; coordination with Accounts ReceivableYour Skills & Strenghts: Minimum 1-2years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).SAP (MM modules).Communication, analytical and organizational skills.Motivated, customer and detail oriented.Do you have any questions?
