**Your tasks**:
- Develop and implement material flow systems for sustainable costs optimization in the plants (in-house plant logistics)
- Participate in new plant projects by providing Material Flow expertise to the project.
- Support and advise in projects regarding the setting up/extension of plants by drawing up plant layouts as well as material, supply and disposal concepts.
- Develop best-in-class solutions in cooperation with research institutes; universities and external organizations (external benchmark).
- Establish and distribute best-practice solutions throughout the Brose Group (internal benchmark).
- Design in-house processes (material flow, warehouse, transport) and establish them in the Brose IT-landscape
- Development of Logistics working plan for each plant of north America using MTM expertise
- Define necessary measures to ensure work environmental; ergonomics and health protection in the material flow area. Comprises technical aspects as well as organizational implementation in the plants.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor degree, focus on logistics; supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing / plant function, or equivalent work experience.
- 6-8 years, in automotive, logistics or manufacturing preferred.
- Logistics planning, optimizing systems, comprehension of systems, high level of intercultural competence, project management and leadership competence
