Logistics Analyst

Logistics Analyst. Transnational company, looking for personnel with good level of English and minimum experience of one year in logistics - international trade, to follow up import procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review of permits and regulations for each import.
- Request of units with Transports for loading of material with delivery to final customer.
- Review, payment and capture pedimentos and fees, as well as extraordinary expenses.
- Report and follow up on claims.
- Request corrective and preventive actions of non-conformities to the different departments.

Share follow up with sales on status of deliveries with Transports.

Follow up with Integis on daily schedule of container and flatbed

Preparation of break bulk merchandise information loaded in plans for delivery.

Control of the operations file, both electronic and physical.

Assign and share with sales the number of security seals for the units with finished product delivery to the final customer.

Capture and control of tons and amount

Review, payment and capture of pedimentos and fees, as well as extraordinary expenses.

Sending of information, as well as review of proforma, weekly, monthly, and monthly.

Sueldo: $17,000.00 - $19,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 10 horas
