Logistics Analyst

Responsibr tllow up on activities of SSAB Automotive logistics operation in Mexico in accordance with SSAB guidelines and requirements in order to ensure safety and efficiency of operations at lower costs and with the less transit days possible.

Responsibr making the entries to the system and ensuring that all the documentation is accurate and responsibr the status of the inventory.

Responsibr tllow up activities of imported materiom USA, Swedenland and other subsidiaries making sure all the documentation is according to local legislation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reception of invoices, packing lists and certificatom the Mills in order to share them and coordinate with custom brokers;
- Bill of lading revisión & comparison with invoices, once cleared sent to brokers. When a mistake exists,need to work with mill contacts to make the proper changes;
- Creation of import letter brokers and ship companies whenever requirr import process;
- Coordinate with Inside Sales any priority of material to be shippom ports;
- Interact winance in order to make the duties payment.

Required:

- Bachelor-s Degree, preferentially in International Business or ;
- Import and Export Importante empresa;
- English language proficiency;
- Good Communication Skills-Oral and Written (Ability to write proposals and develop strong interpersonal relationships);
- Proficient Computer Skills-Excel and Word;
- To be a team worker and to have the ability to least;
- To work based on SSAB values.
