Logistics Analyst - Internship

Apprentice includes students working at hp who are enrolled in apprenticeship programs in association with their university. Typically used in countries where specialized apprenticeship programs exist. College Interns are university students who are working at hp during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters. College Intern is only used in selected countries where it is not the practice to differentiate based on academic year completed.**_ Education and Experience Required: _**- Enrolled in University in the last semesters**_ Responsibilities: _**- Statistical analysis for root cause resolution of Business Disputes.- Master File Control (Excel Concentrate) where all Business Disputes will be recorded, categorizing the main reasons for disputes.- Monthly presentation of graphs depicting the behavior of dispute reasons (trends) to provide visibility to the L2C team.- Analysis and monitoring of NA Inbound and domestic shipments.**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**- Experience or understanding of project planning tools and software packages.- Good analytical and problem solving skills.- Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.LI-POST
