We seek individuals who value customer satisfaction.**Responsibilities**:Engineering and manufacturing supply chain strategy to support complex and high volume supply chain.Lead cross-functional team including production, planning and warehouse to determine short-term and long-term strategy.Implements systems, process, configurations, and change/optimization projects in accordance with plans.Develop KPI, lead review meetings and develop projects in IT, operation and strategy to improve third-party logistics providers' performance.Issue statistical or detailed reporting for stakeholders as requested including operation efficiency improvement, cost reduction and capacity planning.Oversee the initial setup of high volume of import shipments. Monitor execution of inbound shipments to support smooth production.Oversee booking and coordinating the most cost-effective and efficient means to import/export, engineer and manufacture goods within expected requirements.Pull data from internal database. Analyze, compile, and publish logistics dashboards and metrics for Tesla's logistics leadership.**Requerimientos**:**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability.3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/or evidence of exceptional ability.Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to code in SQL and Tableau and deep dive in data.Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity.Self-driven initiative to gain and implement a broad knowledge of logistics best practices.
