Join our dynamic Logistics team at AstraZeneca, where we establish and maintain global standards and processes for the transportation and storage of all our pharmaceutical products. As a Logistics Analyst, you will support our Global & Regional teams in coordinating deviations management, compliance monitoring, risk management, and other activities associated with the operation of the global network. **Accountabilities**:
As a Logistics Analyst, you will process and investigate supply and logistics (S&L) and temperature excursion (TE) deviations. You will work closely with Supply Sites and Logistic Service Providers (LSP) to identify root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventative action (CAPA). Your role will also involve managing workload to ensure timely resolution of complaints, preparing complaints handling performance reports vs. agreed key performance indicators, and providing compliance monitoring support to regional & global logistics & logistics quality leaders.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years prior experience in the logistics area
- Proven analytic skills
- Good problem-solving/investigational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player, with the ability to identify and communicate key issues for resolution
- Good understanding of the business context, e.g. logistics, shipping, freight management, Good Distribution Practices, Compliance & Sustainability policies & standards, Safety, Health and Environment and Standard Operating Procedures
- Intermediate, proficient Microsoft office skills
- Fluent in English

**Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- Pharmaceutical/Bio pharmaceutical experience
- Good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in of risk & compliance monitoring
- Experience in Business Process Management processes
