Job Summary:The logistics assistant supports the order fulfillment processes within a 3PL or onsite warehouse.Responsibilities/Description:Responsible for managing administrative work, such as requisition creation, document and letter issues related to logistics and transportation.Assist in the creation and distribution of periodic reports and metrics.Provide support to the operations as needed.Maintain database(s) related to logistics data.Verify documents; could be import, exportor warehouse related and notify deviations.Populate spreadsheets and databases from SAP, Oflow, Salesforce for analysis.Assist the Logistics team with administrative tasks.Support inventory counting.Requirements:High school or equivalent education (logistics, supply chain or related).+1 year administrative experience.Effective communication skills.Collaborative and team player.Advanced level of English.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
