Job SummaryThe logistics assistant supports the order fulfillment processes within a 3PL or onsite warehouse.Responsibilities/Description:- Responsible for managing administrative work, as requisition creation, document and letter issues related to logistic and transportation.- Assist in the creation and distribution of periodic reports and metrics.- Provide support to the operations as needed.- Maintain database(s) related to logistics data.- Verify documents; could be import, exportor warehouse related and notify deviations.- Populate spreadsheets and databases from SAP, Oflow, sales force for analysis.- Assists Logistics team on administrative tasks.- Support inventory counting.Requirements:- High school or equivalent education (logistics, supply chain or related)- +1 year administrative experience- Effective communication skills- Collaborative and team player- Advance level of EnglishWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
