Job Description:Generate and ensure the accomplishment of the shipments plan, exports and imports at the best rate/reliability ratio through the coordination of carriers and logistic suppliers and ensure that the international 3PLs are showing correct inventories information upon Finished Goods in-bond and duty paid reception. S pirits industry **Required.**Responsabilities:- Schedule the pickup of Finished Goods with the carriers and distilleries.- Ensure the on-time arrival and correct documentation required from the carriers before loading at the distilleries.- Ensure all exports and imports documents are complete and correct.- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of materials from suppliers and 3PLs, when required, to the distilleries.- Ensure that the Finished Goods delivered in the international warehouses are shown in their systems no later than 48 hours after the reception.- Ensure the international 3PL warehouses receive and download the containers no later than 24 hours after their arrival.- Ensure all in-bond and duty paid inventories are shown in real time at the international 3PL warehouses.- Support the monthly physical inventory counts at the distilleries and 3PL.- Maintain the shipments master planner (SMP) up to date.- Track the distribution cost per case.- Report the monthly Finished Goods outbound from distilleries to the 3PLs to the Supply Chain Manager and Operations Director***Requirements**:- BA or BSc in International Trade and Commerce- APICS CSCP or similar (Desired)- At least 5 years in Logistics Management.
