Job Description:
Generate and ensure the accomplishment of the shipments plan, exports and imports at the best rate/reliability ratio through the coordination of carriers and logistic suppliers and ensure that the international 3PLs are showing correct inventories information upon Finished Goods in-bond and duty paid reception. S pirits industry **Required.**
Responsabilities:
- Schedule the pickup of Finished Goods with the carriers and distilleries.
- Ensure the on-time arrival and correct documentation required from the carriers before loading at the distilleries.
- Ensure all exports and imports documents are complete and correct.
- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of materials from suppliers and 3PLs, when required, to the distilleries.
- Ensure that the Finished Goods delivered in the international warehouses are shown in their systems no later than 48 hours after the reception.
- Ensure the international 3PL warehouses receive and download the containers no later than 24 hours after their arrival.
- Ensure all in-bond and duty paid inventories are shown in real time at the international 3PL warehouses.
- Support the monthly physical inventory counts at the distilleries and 3PL.
- Maintain the shipments master planner (SMP) up to date.
- Track the distribution cost per case.
- Report the monthly Finished Goods outbound from distilleries to the 3PLs to the Supply Chain Manager and Operations Director
***Requirements**:
- BA or BSc in International Trade and Commerce
- APICS CSCP or similar (Desired)
- At least 5 years in Logistics Management. (required)
- At least 3 years in the spirits industry
- Shipments Planning and Scheduling
- Mexico and USA Distribution, Logistics and Customs Processes
- Carriers and Customs Broker Management
- English and Spanish Bilingual (Business)
- Advanced MS Office Excel
- Warehouse Management (Desired)
