**Position overview**:Ensure the correct supervision of the transfer, reception and packaging processes of raw materials in our warehouses in Monterrey (sodium carbonate and bicarbonate), control, schedule and distribute transportation for distribution of packaged material (sodium carbonate and bicarbonate).
**Performance objectives**:
Supervision and control of Garcia site operations.
- Material output and input through SAP.
- Transportation scheduling for bulk loads.
- Reception of bulk ash soda in railspur.
- Coordination of railway activities with Kansas City Southern of Mexico (drop off and pick up) of units from the railway.
- Management and placing of purchase orders for payment of delays / extra services..
- Support to customers.
- Inventory control: make reports on closing inventories at the end of each month.
Supervision and control other warehouses (Koprimo).
- Purchase orders for packaged material.
- Transportation scheduling for packaged products.
- Support to customers.
- Control, management and reconciliation of materials inventory.
- Make reports on closing inventories at the end of each month.
Schedule meetings and follow-up to highlights of the meeting.
Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance of railways and mechanical equipment leasing.
Control and management of dangerous operations.
**Qualifications and requirements**:
- Education: industrial engineer or similar
- Languages: English B1
- Experience: 1 year in Control Inventory (desirable)
