With the flexibility for remote work four days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.
This position will have a schedule working Tuesday-Saturday.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for shipments promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service through prompt written and verbal responses
- Book and manage transportation loads efficiently within the Transportation Management System, handling exceptions and making necessary adjustments as per customer requests
- Schedule delivery appointments and handle any required modifications within the system
- Lead TMC systems training sessions for external parties, ensuring seamless integration
- Prepare and share reports with internal and external stakeholders promptly to support informed decisions
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested
Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Detail oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Friendly and articulate phone demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve quickly and accurately
- Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks
