Job Description:Main Responsibilities of the position:- Track shipments as requested and pull together all documentation, pictures, invoice values and file claims for loss or damage via an integrated 4PL claims program. While following company and government deadlines for processing claims.- Effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple internal teams, a few are sales, service, legal/risk, finance, parts, and logistics to manage the asset and all costs until it is repaired, recovered, or written off.- Support the global transportation delivered quality program by leading our transport claims program and closing the loop with quality, recovery, and mitigation strategies.- Negotiating claims settlements in a timely manner.- Cooperate with engineering, materials, shipping, and our carriers to improve packaging where needed.- Work Closely with global distribution center teams as needed for training in continuous improvement in shipping and receiving practices.Main job-specific requirements / skills:- Oracle System- English 90%- Microsoft Excel, Word, ppt- Passport & VISAIf you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview:At Terex, we fully embrace the increasingly diverse world around us and strive to create an empowering and welcoming workplace culture.
