Other duties may be assigned.Stores files, or enters information into ICHB and CargoWise with appropriate file number, brief information, voyage information, and shipment date.Requests commercial documents and uploads commercial documents into CargoWise.Coordinates with entry writers and brokerage Managers on files as needed.Searches for and investigates information contained in files, inserts additional data on file records, completes reports, and keeps files current.Handles data entry and documentation.Manages daily tracing reports.Implements changes to the filing system when directed to do so.Reviews documents for accuracy, including piece count and invoice matching the provided packing list to ensure compliance with customs regulations.Work ScheduleGDL Office 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST/8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CSTQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
