Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the transportation fleet.Follow up with drivers to ensure timely delivery of loads.Ensure documents are ready for cross docks.Assign trucks to new drivers.Schedule truck maintenance.Assign loads to drivers.Collaborate with other teams and departments to follow up on loads.Assist drivers with any road assistance needs.Help drivers with payment concerns.Assist teammates with their fleets.Follow up on loads completed over the weekend to avoid payment issues with drivers.Maintain compliance with all facility certification requirements and government policies.Participate in quoting, transitioning, and onboarding new customers.Manage, prevent, and resolve inventory, over/short/damage, process, and customer exceptions.Perform audits of warehouse activities to ensure the security and safety of people, facility, and freight.Provide management, team leadership, customer service, and account management.Requirements:2+ years of logistics experience.Fluent English.Skills in managing and coordinating fleets.Ability to follow up and resolve issues efficiently.Experience in load assignment and truck maintenance management.Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.Ability to manage driver concerns and provide road assistance.Knowledge of compliance with certifications and government policies.Experience in quoting and customer account management.Auditing and security skills for warehouse activities.Desired Skills:Team leadership.Customer account management.Exceptional customer service.Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.Join our team and contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through excellent logistics management and coordination.#J-18808-Ljbffr
